Eurotech and Finmeccanica Join Together to Develop New Products for
Safety, Transportation and Energy Markets.
Eurotech S.p.A. has today signed a partnership agreement with Finmeccanica
S.p.A. The agreement is a commercial and scientific collaboration drawing on
Eurotech's R&D capabilities and Finmeccanica's international position as
supplier of choice for complex solutions and systems in the Aerospace,
Defence, Safety, Transport and Energy sectors.
Eurotech and Finmeccanica have identified several products of common
interest which may be jointly developed. These include: networking equipment
and integration devices for communication systems; wearable computers for
paramilitary, civil or industrial purposes; real-time video tracking with
integrated image processing systems; embedded PC for a wide spectrum of
